Tania leads the Innovation and Technology team at HSRI with a passion for aligning technology with business strategies. Her commitment to enhancing customer experiences and streamlining operational efficiencies drives her work across HSRI functional teams. Tania brings extensive expertise in IT strategy and operations, data and analytics, digital transformation, cybersecurity, business systems and program management.
With over two decades of technical leadership and consulting roles in the private sector, Tania’s background includes significant roles at global enterprises like IBM, Ingersoll-Rand, and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. Beyond her corporate roles, she also serves as an advisor for tech startups, aiming to elevate opportunities for historically underrepresented entrepreneurs.
In her philanthropic pursuits, Tania actively engages with nonprofit organizations, particularly those dedicated to supporting children with intellectual and development differences, as well as women and girls in rural areas. Her efforts are aimed at improving economic self-sufficiency, educational opportunities, and access to health care programs for these communities.
When not at work, Tania enjoys yoga, hiking and visiting museums with her family.
