Allie’s work is driven by a passion for finding opportunities that align with HSRI’s mission to improve the quality of life for individuals. She works to identify and respond to research and partnership opportunities. She is particularly skilled at developing and submitting proposals, producing project budgets, and ensuring contract requirements are met.
Allie also has deep experience working with research and data services teams to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and to ensure the rights and welfare of human subjects are protected. She is highly knowledgeable about institutional review boards (IRB) and evaluating research risk. She manages HSRI’s in-house IRB and explains IRB policies to project teams.
When not at work, Allie enjoys spending time outside with her family, especially tapping maple trees and enjoying fresh syrup. She also likes reading page-turner mysteries, playing word games, and dancing in her kitchen.
