Kevin is the director of technical services for HSRI’s Population Health team. He has extensive experience working with health care and prevention science-related data to help a variety of local, state, and federal organizations improve population health outcomes. Kevin is skilled at developing secure, scalable database applications that enable organizations to produce reliable and timely information for research and quality improvement purposes. He has served as an ETL architect on several all-payer claims database projects and developed web- and office-based applications to support various projects at HSRI.
Prior to joining HSRI, Kevin worked as an application developer with the Channing Bete Company, specializing in substance use prevention-related initiatives. He got his start in the IT field working as a systems analyst for the Phoenix Home Life company.
When not at work, Kevin volunteers in the emergency management field, working with the Northwest Massachusetts Incident Management Team to respond to major events such as large fires, snow emergencies, and hurricanes.
