This toolkit from 1995 provides for the ongoing measurement of a comprehensive set of targeted outcomes for psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) programs and/or services. The toolkit consists of the PSR Outcomes instrument and instructional materials necessary to use and interpret the instrument. The toolkit is a product of a former Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration grant program titled Evaluation Center @ HSRI.
