Plan for the Closure of a State Mental Hospital in the State of Connecticut: Final Report

This report has been prepared under the contract to the Connecticut Department of Mental Health, and in response to Legislative Act 80-80.  This Act requires the Commissioner of Mental Health to develop a plan to terminate the operation of the Connecticut Valley, Norwich, or Fairfield Hills Hospitals.
