Research Analyst

Jodi Franck is a research analyst whose work is driven by a passion for using data to drive improvements in systems for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Jodi is particularly dedicated to working with public agency staff to ensure they have accurate data that is easily understood in order to ensure services are equitable and useful. She is also highly skilled in translating program needs into usable data. In addition to supporting clients in data analysis and evaluation, Jodi also has deep experience in working within a state system and understanding their needs.

Prior to joining HSRI, Jodi was a foster home licensing manager at North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services where her work addressed ensuring that all foster homes were licensed according to regulations and working to improve foster services to children in care. Prior to that, Jodi worked as a compliance director/quality management director at a nonprofit providing foster and residential care to children.

When not at work, Jodi enjoys taking care of her plants and garden, various crafts, and spending time with her family.

I love taking data analysis and looking into how it will actually effect people receiving services.
