Technical User Support Coordinator

Raquel is a technical support coordinator whose work is driven by her passion for enhancing the systems that help improve lives. With a focus on collaborating with public agency staff, she excels in database management systems, technical project management, workflow optimization and IT support. In addition to supporting clients with their technological needs, Raquel has a specific focus on accessibility and the user experience, ensuring optimal system usability.

Prior to joining HSRI, Raquel served as the Genius Bar admin at Apple, and her work involved streamlining processes, improving user experience, and optimizing workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to that, she worked as a technical expert at Apple, leading repair initiatives and delivering innovative solutions that enhanced workflow performance and customer and user experience.

When not at work, Raquel enjoys reading, hiking, snow related activities, and spending time with her family.

The most meaningful aspect of my work at HSRI is supporting stakeholders who enhance health information, influencing research, policy, and real-world practices. Together, we create valuable insights into population health, enabling informed decision-making that drives meaningful impact on health transparency.
