Principal Software Engineer
Steve is a full stack developer whose work is driven by a commitment to building efficient and user-friendly web applications that support HSRI’s initiatives in the areas of population health, behavioral health, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Steve is particularly skilled at developing data collection and process management applications that facilitate policy analysis and improvement. He has served as an ETL architect on several all-payer claims database projects and developed web and office-based applications to support various projects at HSRI.
Prior to joining HSRI, Steve worked as a software developer with the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership, specializing in behavioral health process improvement initiatives. He got his start in the IT field working as a programmer in the medical electronic publishing field.
When not at work, Steve enjoys table tennis and playing the guitar.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese and German Literature from the University of Pennsylvania
