Analysis of Oregon’s Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Prevention System

HSRI conducted an intensive assessment of the status of Oregon‘s alcohol and drug (A&D) treatment and prevention system. This report presents the findings of that analysis and includes the results of 1) a gap analysis, to determine the extent of unmet need; 2) an investments analysis, to reveal the relative financial importance of different services and funding streams; 3) a performance analysis, to shed light on the ability of the A&D system as a whole to be more efficient and effective; and 4) a case study analysis, to highlight variation across counties.
