Oregon ILP: 2010-2011 Comprehensive Program Review Findings

HSRI conducted program reviews of each of the 20 Independent Living Programs in Oregon, run by contracted community providers around the state. This final report describes the process we used to review the programs, summarizes common themes that arose, and reports on the extent of program adherence to ILP contract performance measures.
